In accordance with the Announcement on the Suspension of Some Administrative Fees Related to Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households (Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and National Development and Reform Commission No. 29, 2022), the announcement on the suspension of drug registration fees and medical device registration fees is as follows：
The registration applicants who submit the application for the registration of drugs and medical devices between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 and are accepted will defer the payment of the registration fee for one quarter from the date of payment, and no late fee will be charged.
This is hereby announced.
